Ross Allardice, Marcus Booth and John Cunningham Named "Emerging Leaders" by The M&A Advisor

The M&A Advisor has named Ross Allardice, Marcus Booth and John Cunningham among the winners of its 2015 Emerging Leaders Awards. From a pool of nominees, the London partners were chosen for their accomplishments and expertise by an independent panel of distinguished business leaders.

Established in the United States in 2010, and with a constituency now totaling 600 members, the Emerging Leaders comprise "an influential global community of young leaders who are expanding their business network, increasing their knowledge and improving our industry while advancing social good," according to The M&A Advisor.

The awards will be presented at an exclusive black tie Gala at the Lansdowne Club in Mayfair, London, on December 7.

Allardice advises private equity houses and financial sponsor clients on all forms of leveraged M&A, portfolio assistance and restructuring matters. Allardice sits within the Firm's corporate department in London, and also is part of White & Case's Global M&A Practice, a group dedicated to servicing international clients and enhancing effective deal execution in both mature and emerging markets.

Booth supports private equity, financial sponsor and corporate clients with all forms of mergers and acquisitions, alternative capital transactions, portfolio assistance and restructuring advice. His practice is international in scope, and he is accustomed to working with multi-disciplinary teams of lawyers from the Firm's offices across the globe. Booth is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (UK).

Cunningham's clients benefit from his wide-ranging domestic and cross-border experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, with a particular focus in the infrastructure and healthcare sectors. He has advised corporates, banks, private equity houses and funds on a multitude of complex cross-border transactions.
