Practice Experience

Frederik Paul works in the practice of Dispute Resolution and Arbitration. As a certified insurance lawyer (Fachanwalt für Versicherungsrecht) he focuses on industrial and professional indemnity insurance, reinsurance and alternative risk transfer.

In the area of financial services Mr. Paul advises and represents enterprises, insurance companies and banks on all company-related insurance issues and the respective risk management. He regularly represents his clients before German Civil Courts and in arbitration. This also includes the enforcement of, or the defense against cross-border claims.

Mr. Paul is member of International Insurance Law and Supervisory Law Working Group of the insurance section within the German Bar Association.
