Christian Wirth (Berlin) will serve as the moderator and facilitator of the German bar association’s symposium on International Product Liability. The symposium is organized by the International Insurance and Insurance Supervisory Law Workshop of the German bar association’s insurance law team, which Christian heads. Wolfgang Möllenhoff (Frankfurt) will speak at the symposium about "Product Liability Risks: An International Comparison of the Substantive Framework in Germany, the US and Asia."
