Gracjana Jakubowska advises clients in the banking and financial sectors, focusing on banking, civil and commercial law.

She participated in a number of domestic and cross border loan transactions, including project finance and acquisition finance transactions, drafting loan and security documentation. She was involved in a number of large transactions of investments in the real estate market. She also advises banks in connection with syndicated loans and secondary syndication.

Gracjana Jakubowska also has significant experience in advising banks on internal bank regulations and documentation of bank products such as credit cards, loans, including overdraft facilities and bank accounts. Documentation drafted with her involvement was designed for both corporate and individual clients, where consumer protection regulations were of special importance.

Prior to joining White & Case she worked at a law firm in Poznań and participated in international internships in laws firms in Berlin and Heidelberg. Gracjana Jakubowska graduated from the Law and Administration Department of A. Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She is attending a course in English Law and European Law at the British Center for English and European Legal Studies at the Warsaw University.
