Grace Oh is a member of the Firm's financial restructuring and insolvency practice group and focuses her practice on representing debtors in chapter 11 proceedings. Current and former debtor representations include In re Mirant Corporation (83 publicly-traded energy companies; ND TX); In re Fountain View, Inc. (23 nursing homes; CD CA); In re Frederick's of Hollywood (retailer CD CA); and In re Pacific Gateway Exchange (telecommunications companies; ND CA). Ms. Oh also has experience working on international insolvency cases, including In re Corporacion Durango, S.A. (section 304 ancillary proceeding; SD NY).

In addition to representing chapter 11 debtors, Ms. Oh has been involved in the representation of the liquidating trustees of the Golden Eagle Liquidating Trust established in connection with the conversation and liquidation of Golden Eagle Insurance Company.
