Recent transactions include work for Bank of America in connection with senior secured credit facilities for EnerSys; for Credit Suisse in connection with asset-based credit facilities for Quality Distribution, Inc.; and for Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch in connection with senior secured credit facilities for San Antonio Oil & Gas Services Ltd.
