Henrik Wireklint advises on general corporate, mergers & acquisitions and employment law. Henrik is a member in the White & Case Employment & Benefits practice group, where he works closely with other White & Case offices with various employment law issues.

His experience includes advising private equity firms and industrial clients on domestic and cross-border M&A.

His recent experience includes:

• Assisting DnB NOR Finans in its acquisition of Skandiabanken's Swedish and Norwegian car leasing operations.
• Assisting Accent Equity Partners in connection with the acquisition of Candy King International Ltd, the leading distributor of pick & mix candy (bulk candy) on the Nordic market, from Oy Karl Fazer AB and minority shareholders.
• Assisting Sperian Protection in its acquisition of the multinational Combisafe Group, a world leading fall protection system manufacturer.
• Representing a leading U.S. media company in its bid for a media business in the Nordic region.
• Assisting bioMérieux SA, a provider of in vitro diagnostics listed on NYSE Euronext Paris, in connection with the acquisition of AB Biodiskintressenter.
• Acting for a leading multinational pharmaceutical company in its bid for a generics pharmaceutical business in the Nordic region.
• Secondment with the Swedish Space Corporation as in-house legal counsel from May 1, 2009 to December 31, 2010.
• Representing SBC Sveriges BostadsrättsCentrum AB with respect to its divestment of two real estate companies to Skanska.
• Assisting Coca-Cola Company in its divestment of Coca-Cola Drycker Sverige AB and Coca-Cola Drikker AS.
• Assisting Sapa AB in its acquisition of the roof rail business division of Thule AB.
• Advising Swedish Space Corporation in its divestment of its Space Systems Division to OHB AG.
• Representing Luvata Oy in its divestment of its Rolled Products Division to Aurubis AG.
• Assisting Nordic Capital V Ltd. in its divestment of the Point International Group to VeriFone, Inc.
