Ms. Bílá focuses on commercial and corporate law, corporate restructuring and reorganization, M&A and employment law.

In the area of commercial and corporate law, Ms. Bílá regularly advises large and medium-sized companies, banks and other financial institutions in connection with various corporate issues relating to the establishment of new entities, launching their business activities, mergers and other transformations of companies, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance.

Ms. Bílá has experience in employment law. She has advised on various employment issues relating to employment and managerial agreements, internal labor regulations and other relevant employment documents. She has also advised on employment issues connected with the restructuring of companies, in particular, the automatic transfer of the rights and obligations from employment relationships, employee participation in connection with cross-border mergers or issues regarding the termination of employment relationships.

• Advising Citibank a.s. in connection with the transformation of Citibank a.s. to a Czech branch of Citibank Europe plc through the cross-border contribution of an enterprise to the registered capital of Citibank Europe plc. 
• Advising the Czech branch of Citibank Europe plc in connection with employee participation in relation to the cross-border merger of Citibank Europe plc, Citibank (Slovakia) a.s., Citibank Zrt. (Hungary) and Citibank Romania S.A. 
• Advising UniCredito Italiano in connection with the merger of HVB Bank Czech Republic a.s. and Živnostenská banka, a.s. in the Czech Republic. 
• Advising Johnson Controls in connection with the merger of JOHNSON CONTROLS INTERNATIONAL, spol. s r.o. and YORK INTERNATIONAL, spol. s r.o. 
• Advising Celestica European Holdings S.ar.l. in connection with the merger of Celestica Ráječko, s.r.o., Celestica Kladno, s.r.o. and SIGNAR, s.r.o. 
• Advising RWE Transgas and five regional gas distributors in connection with the unbundling of gas transmission and distribution system operators. 
• Advising Genesis Capital in connection with the spin-off demerger of AB Facility a.s. 
• Advising CEE Property Development Portfolio B.V. in connection with the merger of CPDP Polygon s.r.o. and CALLAS s.r.o. 
• Advising Czech and Slovak Property Fund B.V. in connection with the merger of Stodůlky Office Center s.r.o. and BLUE RAY a.s. 
• Advising VHS plus, Vodohospodářské stavby, s.r.o., IMOS group s.r.o., VHS Břeclav s.r.o., and VHS plus, spol. s r.o. in connection with the spin-off demergers of these companies. 
• Advising Greif International Holding B.V., as the majority shareholder, in the squeeze-out of minority shareholders in Greif Czech Republic a.s. 
• Advising Zentiva, UNIPETROL, Akzo Nobel, ECM N.V., Johnson Controls, Komerční banka, a.s., Raiffeisenbank a.s., Celestica, and Vectra Limited (the largest shareholder of TATRA) on various commercial, corporate and employment law matters.
