Practice Experience
Ivy is counsel in the Banking & Capital Markets Group in London.
Her experience includes the representation of banks and financial institutions in relation to a variety of structured finance and capital market transactions. In particular, she advises arrangers, cash managers, collateral administrators and corporate trustees on securitisations, cash and synthetic collateralised debt obligations, credit linked notes and other general capital market transactions.
Ivy joined White & Case in June 2004 from an international law firm.
Some recent transactions in which Ivy has participated include:
Issue of various series of portfolio credit linked notes issued pursuant to the US$3,000,000,000 Secured Note Programme of R.A.S.A. (Repackaged Assets & Securities in Asia) Limited;
Restructuring of notes issued by Viking Consumer Receivables (No.1) PLC secured by Scandinavian consumer appliance rental receivables;
Issue of notes by Hallam Finance plc secured by German residential properties;
Issue of notes by CELF Loan Partners B.V. secured by loans, mezzanine loans and synthetic securities of various issuers and borrowers in non-emerging market countries;
Issue of notes by Bruckner CDO I B.V. secured by a portfolio of collateral debt securities; and
Issue of notes by SVG Diamond Private Equity PLC secured by a portfolio of notes, private equity fund investments and liquid investments.
