Indonesian IPO of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk. (Harita Nickel)
Representation of PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk. (Harita Nickel), an Indonesian pure-play nickel company, in relation to its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), which includes a Rule 144A/3(c)(7) and Regulation S offshore tranche. The transaction, which raised approximately IDR 10 trillion (US$672 million) in gross proceeds, represents (1) Indonesia's largest IPO so far in 2023 and (2) the first electric vehicle (EV)-related IPO in the country, in line with the Indonesian government's plans to capitalize on Indonesia's strategic position as the worlds largest nickel producer, to encourage the development of a domestic EV industry.

Republic of Indonesia's largest-ever global US-dollar sukuk transaction
Representation of the arrangers and managers in the update of the Republic of Indonesia's (ROI) Rule 144A/Regulation S US$35 billion Trust Certificate Issuance Program and the subsequent US$3.25 billion dual-tranche sukuk offering under the Program, which closed successfully in June 2022. This transaction represents 1) the largest-ever global US-dollar sukuk transaction by the Republic of Indonesia, 2) the largest green sukuk tranche ever printed globally, 3) the largest issuance from Indonesia year-to-date, and 4) the first green sukuk tranche with a ten-year maturity by the ROI. White & Case has been advising on numerous sovereign bond issuances for the Republic of Indonesia since 2008.

US$850 million financing for PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk.
Representation of the arrangers in the approximately US$850 million financing to (among others) PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk., an Indonesia-listed telecommunication, multimedia and internet service provider, in connection with the acquisition of PT EPID Menara AssetCo, a subsidiary of Edge Point Singapore, which is wholly owned by global digital investor Digital Colony (renamed as "Digital Bridge").
