Singapore:  Barrye Wall, Bertie Mehigan, Thong Huey Yann and Chen Guan Feng discussed the challenges faced by creditors in the context of recently developed financing techniques, the impact of recent changes to the Indonesian bankruptcy regime, the confusion surrounding the Indonesia-Netherlands Double Taxation Treaty, and how credit providers can better manage legal and structural risks in Indonesia at the Indonesian Financing: An Update on the Legal Issues Affecting Creditors Today Seminar.  The discussion was attended by representatives of nearly all of Singapore's banking institutions.
