Donald C. Dowling, Jr. (New York) will be participating in a co-panel presentation on the topic of, "The challenges of cross-border investigations" at the International Bar Association's "Paradigm of Employment Law" conference. The conference will be held at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City.

Issues covered during this session will include challenges in cross-border investigations, recent developments with respect to whistleblowing, impediments of privacy and data protection rules, attorney-client privilege, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption rules.
