As head of the Warsaw office TMT practice group, Mr. Igor Ostrowski advises White & Case’s clients in all aspects of media, telecom, IT and intellectual property issues. His practice also focuses on mergers and acquisitions, antimonopoly law and real estate law.

Mr. Ostrowski was one of the first lawyers in Poland to specialize in TMT practice and over the years has gained extensive experience in advising telecom, media and IT clients with respect to their investments in Poland. He has advised several leading European TV and radio broadcasters and distributors operating in Poland. He has also assisted international telecom service providers and IT specialists in the core of their business activities in Poland.

In addition to these core areas, his experience includes working on major international M&A projects and assisting Polish and multinational clients in privatization and infrastructure development. Mr. Ostrowski has assisted clients in antitrust proceedings and has also coordinated work on the preparation of legislation and secondary documentation for the Mass Privatization Programme.
