Practice Experience

Irina Yevmenenko is an associate in the firm’s Securities Practice Group concentrating on representing issuers and underwriters in a full range of capital market transactions, including public offerings, public mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representations.

Ms. Yevmenenko counsels public companies on complying with their obligations under U.S. securities laws and on corporate governance issues. She has experience in drafting corporate governance documents and preparing and filing Exchange Act periodic reports. Ms. Yevmenenko also regularly counsels corporate clients on executive compensation disclosure issues.
