Practice Experience
Irina Yevmenenko is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets Practice Group concentrating on representing issuers and underwriters in a full range of capital market transactions, including public offerings, public mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representations.

In addition to representing issuers and underwriters in capital raising transactions, Ms. Yevmenenko counsels publicly traded domestic and foreign companies in connection with their ongoing compliance obligations under US securities laws, including periodic reports, proxy statements, Form S-8 filings, Section 16 filings, insider trading compliance policies and other similar policies and requirements. She also regularly advises the boards and audit committees of public companies in connection with best corporate governance practices and compliance with the rules of the NYSE and Nasdaq. Ms. Yevmenenko also regularly counsels clients on executive compensation and other employee benefits disclosure issues.
