Practice Experience

Jörg Achhammer's principal areas of practice are capital market oriented corporate and securities law.

Mr. Achhammer advises issuers, investors and investment banks on initial public offerings (IPO's), capital increases and public takeovers.

Prior to joining the firm in 2007 he worked for one year at a leading independent law firm in Frankfurt specializing on capital market oriented corporate law and gained M&A experience working for an investment bank in New York during his university studies.
