Jennifer S. Acuña is a member of the Firm's Tax Controversy and Litigation group.  Her practice focuses on the representation of clients in a wide range of domestic and international tax controversies with an emphasis on transfer pricing and tax treaty issues.

Prior to joining White & Case, Ms. Acuña practiced with a major national firm, where she represented clients in both civil and criminal Federal tax controversies.

Ms. Acuña earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the NYU School of Law, and earned her J.D. degree with an emphasis in corporate law from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs and was the recipient of the Hochman Award for Excellence in the Study of Taxation, given annually on the recommendation of the tax faculty to the top student in the field.
