Practice Experience
Mr. Bianchi is a partner in the Firm's Litigation Department. His practice is centered on complex commercial litigation, with a focus on defending Fortune 500 companies in consumer class action suits.

Mr. Bianchi has been involved in defending clients in more than 40 different class actions filed throughout the U.S. The cases have involved consumer fraud claims, privacy, service disruptions, alleged violations of consumer protection statutes, unfair and deceptive trade practices, business torts, construction defects and securities fraud claims. He has also successfully prosecuted and defended numerous contractual employment claims in both state court and arbitration proceedings.
  • Cable Television/Internet Experience

Mr. Bianchi has defended several cable operators in litigation arising from antitrust claims, the transfer of cable television franchises, the application of rules and regulations promulgated by the Federal Communications Commission concerning the leasing of cable channels, a cable operator's right to access residential communities, and defended the constitutionality of retroactive legislation affecting the cable television industry.
  • Real Estate Experience

Mr. Bianchi has also defended real estate developers and builders in litigation arising from the operation, management and turnover of residential communities, construction defects, homeowner disputes, zoning and other governmental approvals, brokerage claims, leasing, and other issues arising out of the real estate development process. These actions include residential and commercial projects. He has represented real estate developers in class actions, community association disputes and claims arising from lender relationships and breaches of joint venture agreements. He has acted as litigation counsel in multimillion dollar disputes at Arvida's Weston, Broken Sound, Palm Beach Polo and County Club and Heathrow communities and many other residential projects located throughout Florida. He has particular experience in private country club issues arising out of the operation, management, control and turnover of country clubs.
