Practice Experience
Ms. Brutocao is a member of the Firm's corporate group. Her practice focuses on global and domestic finance matters with particular specialization in transactions involving aircraft. These transactions include aircraft sales, acquisitions, sale/leasebacks and asset securitizations and typically involve multiple jurisdictions in North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia.
Before joining White & Case, Ms. Brutocao served as counsel at the Office of Legal Policy in the United States Department of Justice where she developed and implemented DOJ initiatives on immigration and identity theft policy and was involved in the judicial selection process for Article III judges. Ms. Brutocao was also Legislative Counsel to US Congressman Dan Lungren (CA-3), assisting him in his capacity as a member of the House Judiciary Committee.
