Practice Experience

Jason Emala is an associate in the Firm’s Banking and Capital Markets group in London. Jason has experience representing both issuers and underwriters in debt and equity offerings in the United States pursuant to Rule 144A, outside of the United States pursuant to Regulation S and SEC-registered offerings.

Jason formerly practiced in the Washington, D.C. office of a major New York law firm representing both issuers and underwriters in securities offerings as well as representing private equity funds and companies on M&A deals.
