Ms. Joanna Gąsowski renders legal advice in the field of finance and banking, in particular, specializing in the legal issues related to restructuring.

Before joining White & Case, she worked in New York in Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., Smith Barney Compliance Regulatory Unit, and in the Attorney General’s Office.

Ms. Joanna Gąsowski graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Warsaw University. During her stay in the United States, she graduated from the Fordham University School of Law in New York, where she earned an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law. At the State University of New York, she received an A.S. in Business Administration.

In March 2006, she passed the bar exam for the State of New York.
