Joseph (Dubi) Gross is an associate in the Firm's Banking & Capital Markets group in London. He specialises in equity, capital markets and mergers & acquisitions. Joseph is also a member of the Israel Practice Group.

Prior to joining White & Case, Joseph worked for a leading law firm in Israel. His practice included advice on and drafting of equity financings, M&A transactions and other commercial agreements. In that capacity, he, inter alia:

• Acted on listing of a multinational company on Euronext Amsterdam and the Tel-Aviv stock exchanges and on various other securities filings;
• Acted on M&A transactions of private and public companies from due diligence to closing including special required securities filings; and
• Acted for investors in several venture capital (mainly bio-tech) preferred share purchases.
