Ms. Jolanta Kalecińska is a partner White & Case W. Daniłowicz, W. Jurcewicz i Wspólnicy – Kancelaria Prawna sp.k. She focuses on real estate matters, including in particular acquisitions, development, construction and project financing. She also represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings (cases related such matters as indemnities and protection of intellectual property). Ms. Kalecińska renders legal advice primarily for French and French-speaking clients.

Most recently, she has represented:

• A French group specializing in mass distribution with respect to the construction and development of a shopping center (100,000 sq.m. of surface) in the south of Warsaw. In particular, she advised the client in relation to selecting a co-investor and defining the rules of cooperation;
• A Belgian developer in relation to the construction and development of administrative buildings, and in particular with respect to negotiation of real estate acquisition agreements and loan agreements;
• A European developer with regard to the construction of an administrative building in the center of Warsaw (in particular, advice related to the preparation and realisation of the project);
• A Spanish developer specializing in construction and management of shopping centers;
• French developers with respect to the bankruptcy of a general contractor and related sub-contractors' claims;
• An International beauty products manufacturer in numerous lawsuits involving anticompetition matters, personal rights infringements and trademark infringements;
• A leading food producer in litigation related to the pirating of a TV commercial and copyright infrin-gement, as well as in antimonopoly proceedings;
• A European producer of high-quality alcoholic beverages before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland in a matter related to an infringement of certain trademarks and annulment of rights to these trademarks;
• A European producer of high-quality alcoholic beverages before an ad hoc Tribunal and the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw in arbitration proceedings related to the renewal of a supply contract and related indemnity payment.

Ms. Kalecińska has authored several articles on real estate issues published in such periodicals as Eurobuild Poland and The Warsaw Voice. She has also delivered numerous presentations on real estate or litigation matters during conferences organized, among others, by Eurobuild Poland and the French Chamber of Commerce in Poland.
