Mr. Lindros advises leading Finnish and international corporations, private equity funds and financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and finance transactions. In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Lindros' work includes private transactions, public tender offers and mergers. He has a broad experience of all aspects of private equity transactions.

Within finance, Mr. Lindros focuses on acquisition finance and he regularly advises lenders and borrowers in both Finnish and European leveraged finance, refinancing and restructuring transactions. He also represents Finnish and international companies in their various corporate law issues in Finland.

Mr. Lindros joined the Firm in 2002. During 2003 – 2004 he worked at the Firm's Stockholm office. Prior to joining White & Case he worked as an in-house lawyer and at another law firm in Helsinki.
