Practice Experience
At White & Case LLP, Joshua Nussbaum concentrates on information technology, intellectual property, and international corporate matters, including software licensing, direct and indirect outsourcing, e-commerce, the structuring of internal corporate policies, electronic discovery, corporate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Josh has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating sourcing and technology related agreements arising out of direct sales and joint ventures for well-known global clients in a number of fields, including finance, petrochemicals, software, and entertainment. Josh is also familiar with data protection and compliance related issues facing companies doing business in the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Josh worked for more than five years in the software industry in both a business development and technology consulting capacity.
