Practice Experience

Justin Nuttall is an associate in the Firm’s Banking & Capital Markets group and joined the London office of White & Case in October 2007.

Justin specialises in real estate finance and securitisation, and has experience acting on UK and pan-European CMBS for rating agencies and B-piece, B-Note and mezzanine loan investors. He also has broad experience in real estate transactions such as acquisition and disposal of UK real estate, real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals, and real estate management (landlord and tenant).
