Practice Experience

Jeremy Ostrander is a member of the Firm's Litigation and Antitrust/Competition Groups. He has experience in general commercial litigation, including domestic class actions, as well as issues of federal government regulation, particularly antitrust. His practice has also included issues of international law, with respect to cross-border discovery and service of process. Mr. Ostrander presently is a member of a team defending an international parcel tanker shipping company in various actions across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining White & Case LLP, Mr. Ostrander worked as an associate in the class action defense and financial services litigation practices of a California based law firm.
