Jean Rossi is a partner at White & Case. He heads the Firm’s real estate practice and the French Desk in Warsaw. Jean Rossi advises clients in real estate acquisitions and project financing and has extensive experience in finance, corporate and tax matters.

He has advised numerous major players operating in the real estate industry, including:

• One of the main distributors in Poland within the scope of the construction and financing of hypermarkets and shopping centers in Poland;
• A group specializing in mass distribution with respect to funding subsidiary managing shopping malls;
• A construction/development company in relation to the acquisition of the rights to real estate intended for the construction of a hotel in an area reserved for the financing and development of hotel chains;
• A residential developer within the scope of the development and organization of an investment, as well as in the construction process, area lease and project finance;
• A subsidiary of bank group within the scope of lease crediting, restructuring of the group in Poland and setting up of a profit-sharing program for employees;
• International groups in connection with the issuance of bonds, including bonds convertible into shares for the financing of a development project.

Jean Rossi is vice president of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Poland, responsible for the Chamber's external relations. He is also president of the Union of French Citizens Abroad (Union des Français de l'Étranger) in Poland and president of the French Foreign Trade Advisors (CCE's) in Poland.

Chambers Europe 2011 lists Mr. Rossi among leading real estate lawyers in Poland.
