Practice Experience
Mr. Rothschild concentrates in executive compensation and employee benefits law. He advises clients regarding their employee benefit plans and programs, benefits-related tax matters, and fiduciary issues arising in connection with the investment of employee benefit plan assets. Mr. Rothschild has been involved in the structuring of investment funds that have been successfully marketed to employee benefits plans, and frequently counsels plan fiduciaries in connection with the making of plan investments.
Mr. Rothschild provides transactional counsel in mergers and acquisitions, takeover defenses and a variety of other transactions. In addition, Mr. Rothschild advises both corporate and individual clients on executive compensation issues. He provides counsel in the negotiation of executive employment contracts, incentive compensation arrangements, equity based awards, non-compete agreements and severance arrangements.
