Practice Experience
Mr. Weedman is a member of White & Case's Commercial Litigation Section and focuses on complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, as well as white collar criminal investigations.  Mr. Weedman also has significant experience representing clients with various corporate and litigation matters involving intellectual property.

Mr. Weedman is also active in pro bono matters, frequently representing indigent clients in matrimonial and family law litigation.

Some of Mr. Weedman's significant recent experience includes:
  • Representation of a multi-national pharmaceutical company in a civil antitrust action brought under the Sherman and Clayton Acts by thousands of plaintiff pharmacies.
  • Representation of Deutsche Bank in a large class action securities suit brought in federal and state court by former investors in Enron.
  • Representation of major sports leagues in assorted corporate and litigation intellectual property matters.
  • Representation of a large, multi-national corporation in connection with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance, including conducting an internal investigation in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Justice. 
  • Representation of a national automotive services company in state and federal class action lawsuits brought throughout the United States.
