Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Zakia was an associate in the Litigation department of another leading international firm’s Chicago office. While there, Mr. Zakia represented clients in breach of contract, director and officer liability, toxic tort, and labor and employment cases. Mr. Zakia has argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and Illinois State Courts.
