Practice Experience
Kellie Morton is a corporate associate in the Firm's New York office and has experience advising on a broad range of corporate and equity capital markets transactions. Kellie has acted in various business and company acquisitions, mergers, disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations. She has advised in relation to initial public offerings and ongoing rights issues and placements. Kellie also has experience in advising public and private companies on general corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance. Before joining the New York office, Kellie was an associate in the Firm's London office.
