Klaus Sturm advises companies on all aspects of individual and collective labor and employment law.

He specializes in corporate restructuring, including all the collective labor law issues arising in connection with reconciliation of interests, social-plans, conciliation committees or co-determination law. Klaus Sturm is regularly asked to represent employers' interests as a member of conciliation boards, in court proceedings under works council law as well as in related mass-dismissal proceedings before the lower courts and the German Federal Labor Court.

He frequently represents and advises insolvency administrators in insolvency related proceedings in or out of court, in particular in unfair dismissal proceedings and in negotiations with works councils. He also focuses on the labor law aspects of M&A transactions.
