Laura Chang specializes in executive compensation and employee benefits matters. She regularly represents both acquirers and target companies in strategic mergers and acquisitions, as well as clients in other types of corporate transactions such as financings and public offerings. In addition, Laura counsels private and public companies on the negotiation of executive employment arrangements and on the design and implementation of incentive compensation plans.
