Practice Experience
Ms. Loredana Allegranza is an associate at White & Case. She specializes in international merger and acquisition projects, private equity matters, and general corporate matters. Her professional experience includes representing clients from various sectors.
Prior to joining the Warsaw office of White & Case, Ms. Allegranza worked at the London office of White & Case for several years. In London, she assisted in corporate deals, asset finance projects as well as litigation work.
Currently, she is involved in a potential share acquisition of a Polish public company and a merger of two Polish companies. Her Polish market experience also includes advising, negotiating and preparing documents in relation to a share purchase of a Polish bank by a foreign bank, a share purchase of a foreign bank by a Polish bank, a joint venture, tenders for local radio frequency licenses and a squeeze-out of minority shareholders of a Polish public listed company.
Before joining White & Case, Ms. Allegranza had several internships at international law firms in England and Poland as well as a summer placement at the Office of the President of the Republic of Poland. She was also a legal assistant for six months at a property development firm in Warsaw.
Ms. Allegranza holds a law degree from the University of Cambridge. In addition, she completed a University Degree in French Legal Studies in Poitiers and holds a Certificate in American Legal Studies from the University of Florida. She trained to become a solicitor at BPP Law School in London.
Ms. Allegranza is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. In Poland she practices as a foreign lawyer.
