Lubomír Franc joined White & Case in July 2002 as a tax consultant.  Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Franc had worked as part of the Arthur Andersen tax team. Lubomír Franc specializes in corporate taxation, mergers & acquisitions, tax structuring of group companies, international taxation and taxation of individuals.

Lubomír Franc is a certified tax advisor and has been entered in the list of tax advisors maintained by the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic since 2003.

Lubomír Franc has been involved in the tax restructuring of major Czech companies from various business sectors and in the provision of corporate tax consultancy for various multinational and domestic non-financial companies in the area of corporate taxation, including acquisitions, mergers, financing and structuring of holding companies.

He also has experience with performing tax due diligence for potential foreign investors in various business sectors.
