Lutz Krämer is head of the Corporate and Capital Markets practices of White & Case Germany and advises issuers and investment banks on the entire range of bank and capital markets law.

His main focus is on capital increases and IPOs, takeovers, convertible bonds as well as high yield bonds. He also advises management and supervisory board members on stock corporation law-related matters, in particular in the areas of corporate governance and compliance.

Prior to joining White & Case at the beginning of 2007, Lutz Krämer worked as an in-house counsel for a leading German bank in Frankfurt for six years (1991-1997) and in the Capital Markets practice of an international law firm in Frankfurt for ten years, where he became Partner in 2000.
