Lucia Magelli advises issuers and investment banks, issuers and other market participants on debt capital markets products.

She has a particular focus on pan-European placements as well as all types of (structured) issues and (structured) Schuldscheine. Furthermore, her practice also include the establishment of, and updating of, issuance programs as well as any associated securities and regulatory matters, in particular in connection with the sale and approval of financial products in Italy. Lucia Magelli also supports international underwriters in connection with Italian government bonds and thus has extensive experience in dealing with the Italian admission boards and regulatory authorities. She further advises German-listed corporations and private companies in connection with legal structuring and negotiations of M&A transactions in Italy and Italian companies on transactions in Germany, also in the energy sector.

Prior to joining White & Case, Lucia Magelli worked in the Frankfurt office of a leading German and international law firm for eight years.
