Practice Experience

Luis Vacanti is an associate in the Firm's Corporate and Financial Services department. With a particular focus on Latin America, he has worked on a broad range of transactions in the areas of capital markets and bank finance as well as general corporate work. Mr. Vacanti has represented foreign and domestic clients from a wide range of industries, including mining, energy, construction, banking, venture capital, petrochemical production and real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vacanti served as an intern for the International Corporate Finance group at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and for the Honorable Reggie B. Walton, United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
