Practice Experience
Marcin Antczak joined White & Case in May 2007. He advises on civil, commercial and banking law, as well as restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.
He has participated in a number of domestic and cross-border loan transactions, including acquisition finance and project finance transactions, drafting loan and security documentation. He has represented both banks and borrowers. Marcin Antczak has advised a foreign bank in financing the development of various wind farms located in Poland. He has assisted a private equity/venture capital fund with one of the biggest Polish LBO transactions to date, financed at a considerable figure through the issuance of bonds. He has also advised during the initial creditors’ meetings of two Polish shipyards, the first of its kind in Poland.
As part of White & Case's pro bono practice, he advises on copyright law matters to a charity foundation founded by the descendants of one of the best known Polish poets of the 20th century.
Before joining White & Case Warsaw office, Marcin Antczak had several internships at Polish and international law firms and at the legal department of a major international record company.
Marcin Antczak graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and the Center for American Law Studies in Warsaw.
He speaks fluent English.
