Practice Experience
Markus Burianski is responsible for international dispute resolution and cross-border litigation within White & Case Germany. He specializes in disputes relating to supply contracts, liability issues and post M&A matters.

He has acted as counsel in ICC, DIS, UNCITRAL and ad hoc arbitration proceedings and is listed as an arbitrator with the German-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the German Court of Arbitration for Sports. Markus Burianski primarily advises companies from the automotive, electronics and financial services sector.

Prior to joining White & Case, Markus Burianski worked for another renowned US law firm in Brussels for more than two years with a focus on litigation relating to competition and international trade law before the courts of the European Community.
