Marcus Collins is a well-established intellectual property adviser.  He is a solicitor and has also gained qualifications from the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.

He has a wide ranging experience of all aspects of IP law, with particular focus in the field of international trade mark prosecution management and infringement matters. He also advises on internet domain name and design registration issues.

Recent clients include Lloyds Pharmacy Limited, AAH Pharmaceuticals Limited, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, The Coca Cola Company, Discovery Communications Inc, NFL Properties (UK) Limited and ITE Group plc in UK, EU and international trade mark registration related matters.

Marcus joined the Firm in September 1999 from niche IP firm, Llewelyn Zietman. He has also worked in-house at SmithKline Beecham plc.
