Practice Experience
Mihir Desai is an associate in the New York office active in intellectual property litigation. His practice currently focuses on complex patent infringement litigation matters with an emphasis on disputes related to pharmaceuticals, including ANDA cases under the Hatch-Waxman Act. He also assists clients in litigation-related activities involved in intellectual property due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings.
Mr. Desai has also assisted national and multinational clients in the semi-conductor, software, environmental, insurance, financial services and sports equipment areas with various litigation matters. His recent pro bono experience includes assisting a client in a housing matter before the Bronx County Supreme Court.
