Mukhamed is an associate in our corporate and real estate practices. He advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, corporate governance and Russian contract law. His experience includes advising domestic and foreign investors in joint ventures in Russia and CIS. Mukhamed has been involved in complex corporate restructurings and mergers of Russian companies. He also has significant experience advising on various real estate issues, including acquisitions, disposals and construction matters.

Mukhamed's experience includes:

• Representing a Chinese state corporation in its $263 million acquisition of a large business park consisting of 15 class A office buildings and a hotel near the Moscow ring road;
• Advising GEA Group on the acquisition of a Russian company Mashimpeks engaged in the production and sale of heat exchange equipment;
• Advising Linde on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Samara Oxygen Plant, a regional supplier of technical gases;
• Advising MDM-Bank and URSA Bank as joint clients on corporate aspects of their merger (by way of accession of MDM Holding Company and MDM-Bank to URSA Bank) into a bank holding company, creating one of the leading private universal banks in Russia, now operating under the name MDM Bank;
• Representing the sponsors and the project company, Nord Stream AG, in connection with the construction and financing of the Nord Stream gas pipeline project which runs from Russia to Germany through the Baltic Sea and the exclusive economic zones of Russia; and
• Advising the shareholders of the Russia based investment banking firm Troika Dialog on its sale to the Russia based listed commercial bank Sberbank.

Before joining White & Case in 2007 Mukhamed worked at an international law firm specializing in corporate law.
