Mikko Hulkko advises both underwriters and issuers in connection with international equity and debt offerings, including listings on one or more securities exchanges. His recent capital markets work has been in international capital market transactions of companies in the Nordic countries, Central Europe and Turkey. Mikko has also assisted non-US issuers that are public companies in the United States in the preparation of annual reports and other filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He has also established American Depositary Receipt programs for non-US issuers.

Mikko joined White & Case's Helsinki office in 1999 and, after working in the Firm's London office for three years, returned to the Helsinki office in September 2005. Between 2008 and 2011, Mikko was on secondment in the Firm's Paris office and, since January 2011, he has been a partner in the Firm’s Helsinki office.
