Marion Jacob practices in the fields of intellectual property and unfair competition law. She has particular expertise in trademark matters including titles and other signs, e.g. in connection with the introduction and registration of new trademarks, trademark prosecution management on a national and international level as well as infringement proceedings.

Marion Jacob represents clients in all proceedings before patent and trademark offices as well as before German and European courts. In addition, she has many years of experience in contract drafting, such as demarcation and transfer agreements.

Another focus is on the area of unfair competition, where she advises out-of-court and in-court, including in proceedings for preliminary injunction. Her clients are primarily companies from the media, telecommunications and consumer goods industry.
