Practice Experience

Marta Jasiakiewicz specializes in civil law, with a special focus on real estate transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case, she gained Polish and international experience during several internships at, inter alia, a renowned international law firm, the Office of the President of the Republic of Poland, and the legal department of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland.

Marta Jasiakiewicz graduated with honors from the Warsaw University School of Law, and completed a course in French law organized by the School of French Law at the same university. She also graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (International Economic Relations) and HEC Montréal in Canada.

She is a legal advisor trainee.

Marta Jasiakiewicz is fluent in French and English.
