Mr. Lam is an associate in the dispute resolution practice group.  He advises clients on international arbitration cases involving public international law and commercial disputes, as well as cross-border and Hong Kong commercial litigation involving company law, employment law, insolvency law, intellectual property law and shareholders’ disputes.  He has experience in representing both multinational and local clients engaged in various industries, including mining companies, heavy industry enterprises, electronics manufacturers, investment banks and conglomerates.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2007 as an associate, Mr. Lam completed his traineeship with the Hong Kong office of another large US-based international law firm.
