Practice Experience
Mathieu Landrot is an associate in the Corporate department and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital market and corporate transactions and related litigation.

He advises French and foreign companies, both publicly and privately held, on acquisitions, restructurings, share transfers, due diligence, and drafting and negotiating acquisition documentation relating to share and asset deals.

Mr. Landrot also assists both French and foreign issuers with respect to their obligations under French securities laws and regulations in connection with takeovers, initial public offerings, and issuing of equity and debt securities. He is also experienced in finance/banking transactions.

Mr. Landrot teaches Corporation and Finance Law as well as Civil and Contract Law at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. He is also currently writing a Doctorate on Legal Sanctions Applicable to Information Disclosure by Publicly Held Corporations.

Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Landrot worked as an associate with a leading US law firm and as an intern with leading US and French law firms.
