Practice Experience
Marlene Maesch practices in the field of insolvency administration, insolvency law and restructuring.
She particularly focuses on handling insolvency proceedings in various business sectors. In addition, she advises on corporate restructuring and supports clients with the acquisition of insolvent companies or in their role as creditors in insolvency proceedings.
Marlene Maesch joined the White & Case Düsseldorf office in 2007 and relocated to the Hamburg office in 2010. Prior to joining White & Case, she worked as a legal trainee in the Düsseldorf office and as a lawyer in law firms concentrating on insolvency law. Marlene Maesch gained experience abroad in Great Britain (London).
