As Europe's most populous country and largest economy, Germany is at the heart of the region's evolving landscape of business and trade. White & Case's five offices in Germany provide a broad range of legal services to clients seeking success within the country — and through out the region and the world.
In order to service its clients better, in January 2006 the international law firm White & Case LLP opened its Munich office. With this new White & Case office, the firm continues to expand its global and seamless network of lawyers to best provide local support in the Munich region, one of the major economic centers in Germany.
The Munich White & Case office comprises a group of lawyers who have long been based in Munich. Besides specializing in private equity / venture capital and technology transactions, currently nearly ten lawyers represent clients in southern Germany in all aspects of law, including corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, banking, intellectual property, media & telecommunications, labor law, litigation, restructuring and insolvency.
Our team based in Munich works closely with our other offices in Germany — in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Hamburg — as well as with the other offices of the firm. Our lawyers in Germany are part of an integrated team of legal professionals that spans 27 countries. Together we bring global breadth and local depth to bear on our clients' most exciting opportunities and difficult challenges.
